Timely Delivery, Wrong Flowers, Poor Communication

I ordered a bouquet for my best friend’s birthday on April 10th for delivery on April 22nd. The flowers were promptly delivered in the morning which I am happy about but they were not the flowers I paid for nor did I get any further communication that they were in transit or delivered.

I do not recommend at all

I ordered a flower on the 15th to be sent on the 19th, today is the 21st and there is still no news and they didn't even answer my email.

I do not recommend at all and I will never buy from them again.

Shipping never arrived

Shipping never arrived, they consider 20% cashback as a fair deal for it. I ended up paying for flowers chocolates and a secret note on it. Received nothing at all. They info email is not bothering to offer any help for wasting my cash, time and making my anniversary a pretty much failure day.

Unreliable - will never order again

I ordered flowers to surprise my girlfriend for our anniversary. I selected the date for it to be delivered.

First of all, I did not receive any emails from the courier or updates on my flowers. I tried contacting customer service, which was awful and very vague.

The flowers did not arrive on the date I selected, and from these reviews I can see that the 90% guarantee is a complete scam as other people faced the same problem.

Then I asked for a refund as the entire point of my order on this site was for the flowers to be delivered on that date. They did not acknowledge my refund request, and instead tried to offer a 20% discount code I will never use because I will never order from here again. I want an at least partial refund as they did not fulfil half of their duty.

Issues with the express delivery

The express delivery didn't work out as promised but the flowers (very nice flowers ) were delivered the following day. I will upgrade to 4 stars instead of the original 1 star.
So safe to stay the Express delivery is not a real thing but I am grateful nevertheless.

The express delivery is a scam. The live chat option connects to a BOT that gives the same responses that are not helpful.
I really wanted to surprise my partner with flowers before she resumed her work and I paid for express delivery because I wanted to make sure that she got everything timely on the particular day as this had been listed to be possible. Unfortunately besides the order number no further information was given regards the status of the order and nothing was delivered. Now I wait for flowers to be delivered to my dissappoitned partner's house who has now left her address.

Terrible service

Terrible service - ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday and they were never delivered. 4 days later she was able to call a phone number (which is only available from 10-12) and they re-delivered the bouquet - but the flowers were old and probably sitting in a van for 4 days. Very difficult to contact them - no email - no realistic phone number.

Not happy with the service

Not happy with the service. Ordered flowers for my moms bday. They where not delivered on the day I requested and almost did not make it there the next day either. Also the flowers she had received where nothing like I ordered from the website. I don’t think I will use this service again.

It's good that everything ended well!

I would like to express my gratitude to the service for the wonderful fresh bouquet that was delivered to my wife on Valentine's Day. It will correspond exactly to the description and photo on the Euroflorist Deutschland website. The postcard was signed without errors, maybe because the text was written in English, not Ukrainian ))) I honestly admit that perhaps this was the most nerve-wracking delivery in my life - the day and the deadline for delivery were coming to an end, and I was not receiving joyful thanks from my wife. I tried to contact the support service through the online chat on the website, but I was unable to talk to anyone and clarify the status of the order. I think that on February 14 they were simply overloaded. It's good that everything ended well! Thanks again for the excellent service from a satisfied client from Ukraine.

New flowers delivered after I missed the first one

After the recipient of my flower delivery wasn't home, they promptly arranged a new bouquet delivery. Contacting a real person through chat and email was straightforward, and they simplified the entire process. The flowers, too, were stunning. Danke schön!

The order has been delivered.

The order has been delivered after 17:00 "near by entrance". Unfortunately there was no any feedback, no any phone call/e-mail about delivery. I guess flowers are not newspapers and not envelopes with bills(. Could be some human understanding.

Generally, our florists are delivering flowers until latest 8 pm and since many smaller florists are not able to use a courier orders may not arrive early.

My flowers were not received

UPDATE: I was contacted by the Euroflorist.de team, who apologised and offered a redelivery. The flowers have arrived safely this time and my friend loves them.

My flowers were not received, despite the delivery company tracking page saying they had delivered. I contacted customer support at Euroflorist by email to try and find out what had happened, but never received a reply. Won’t be using again.

I suddenly remember my friend's 70th…

I suddenly remember my friend's 70th Birthday who lives in Germany (I am from the UK). I ordered through Euroflorist, as I have done before and was very happy with the experience. I ordered late afternoon and they were safely delivered before 10am the next day. Website is easy to use, selection and price range is great and the service overall was fantastic. Friend was delighted with her bouquet, sent me photos and the flowers were beautiful. Highly recommend this company.

Unreliable

I ordered flowers for my sister's birthday, I wanted to surprise her and wish her a happy birthday with some nice flowers. But unfortunately, they didn't get delivered on her birthday neither one day later.
I'm very disappointed, heartbroken and will never come back to this website.

Just a thank you. I made an order for birthday, the recipent didn’t answer the phone at first but she got a second call in the evening. Thank you to the lady that called her once more and delivered the flowers on time. I am satisfied and will order in the future

Great in every way

Was easy to order online, flowers were delivered on date promised, and were absolutely beautiful. I am so happy to have a reliable website where I can get flowers delivered to Germany even though I live in the U.S. The prices are actually very reasonable also.
